vision
AI will make high-quality therapy and coaching available to everyone.
At any given time, two out of three people struggle with their mental health or well-being—billions worldwide. Therapy and coaching are proven methods for effective and lasting change, yet most people lack access to them.
Technology has never been ready to bridge this gap—until now. AI has the potential to deliver highly individualized, effective support at scale and low cost by leveraging collective knowledge and proven therapeutic techniques.
LLM-based assistants and AI friends are great at providing quick fixes but lack the strategic depth and long-term guidance needed for sustainable change of minds and lives. A real AI therapist or coach must:
- Deeply understand each user.
- Proactively and strategically guide users toward change.
- Empower users to find answers within themselves.
- Ensure ethical responsibility and users' safety.
This requires a new class of AI systems—ones that orchestrate multiple specialized AI models, and comply with expert-written therapeutic scripts.
We are researching and building the technology to power AI therapy and coaching, with the mission to make high-quality mental health and well-being support available to everyone.
team
We are dedicated to leveraging AI to remove barriers and empower people.
We are a team of psychologists, AI researchers, and entrepreneurs driven by the belief that mental health and coaching should be accessible to everyone. With millions lacking support due to systemic shortages, we see AI as a transformative tool — not to replace human care, but to scale expertise, remove barriers, and provide structured, proactive guidance where none exists. We are committed to building safe, effective AI systems that empower people, uphold ethical standards, and redefine how mental health and coaching can be delivered at scale.
